This website

This website has no forms, sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising services. Fonts and photos come from our own server; nothing is loaded from other parties.

Like every web server, the server of this site keeps a log file: your IP address, the time, the page you request and the type of browser. That is needed to keep the site running safely and to trace faults. The server also turns it into visitor numbers, such as visits per day, which only we can see in the control panel. We do not use the log file to follow you. The server is in Germany, within the EU, and the log file is deleted after about a week.

Reservations

Reservations go through Zenchef. When you click Book, you go to the Zenchef website and enter your name, phone number, email address, the date and the number of guests there. Zenchef processes those details for us, so that we receive your reservation and can reach you if anything changes. Zenchef’s own privacy statement also applies on their website.

Email and phone

If you email or call us, for example about a group, we use your name, phone number and email address only to answer your question and arrange your visit. We keep this no longer than needed. Details on invoices are kept for seven years, because the law requires it.

The links to Instagram, Facebook and Google Maps take you to those services, where their own rules apply. This site loads nothing from them.

Your rights

You may view, correct or delete the data we hold about you, and object to how we use it. Email info@stadtlander.nl; you will get an answer within a month. If you are not happy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
